On the latest Expat Hoops Podcast, we sit down with Terry Smith who has been playing for Hermine Nantes Basket in France's LNB Pro B since 2019. Terry's career is truly a story of great success at the highest levels of Europe after a rough start.

Coming out of Division II Mercyhurst, he got his professional start in the lower levels of German basketball for very low pay. The team folded and he took an IT job in the Washington, DC area before his next basketball job. Even when he got his next basketball job, in the Czech Republic, his struggles still were not over.
